Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC compliance.

Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible due to payment provider limitations, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at the discretion of 2888et. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Bonuses and promotions offered by 2888et are subject to individual offer terms which specify, at minimum: the bonus amount or percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet during bonus play, bonus expiry period and maximum cash-out limit. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer terms prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant offer terms before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a ×30 wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted. These figures are illustrative — consult the specific offer page for actual requirements.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms, measured from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed without replacement.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. 2888et accepts no responsibility for technical issues that prevent bet placement or confirmation, including but not limited to connectivity failures or device malfunctions.
If a bet is accepted at materially incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), 2888et reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the original stake. 2888et's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments — bets are governed by the specific rules published for each market type in the Platform's sports rules section. In-play bets are accepted at live odds which may change rapidly. Bets placed after the relevant market is closed, or after the triggering event has occurred (e.g., the ball being bowled in cricket), may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Settlement rules for abandoned, postponed or rescheduled events are governed by the Platform's published sports-specific rules. In general, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for settlement, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market type.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day at levels published in the Platform's current betting rules. 2888et reserves the right to limit stakes or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
